在宅勤務をしていると、コミュニケーションが取りずらいのは承知してますが、修復できずにずるずるとずれていくことを感じることがあります。 そんな時は思い切って外にでて、ひたすら皆で話をしながら歩く！ これ健康的、精神的にもコミュニケーション的にも良いことを感じています。うちの小埜選手は「山サイト会議」と表現し、お客様と山を歩きながら会議をするそうです。中々評判が良いようです。数時間だけのリフレッシュ時間でしたが、歩いて軽く汗かいて、農園のいい空気とおいしい定食を食べたら一気にリフレッシュできました！！ これは定期的に行おうと思います。
