[Removing the coupler]
To remove the coupler, follow the reverse procedure to attaching it: lift the lever and turn the coupler.
[Extraction process]
Air or nitrogen is injected and 15L of water is extracted in about 34 seconds. Towards the end, air inevitably gets mixed in as shown in the video, but if you squeeze it all the way out, there will be almost no water left.
[Air or nitrogen filling]
Pressure is set at 0.05Mpa.
[Attaching the coupler]
Attach the coupler to the valve by aligning it with the pin, then turn it and lower the lever to open the valve.
Conventionally, Hyperlink drums were mostly fitted to stainless steel drums, but this time we fitted a valve to a 15L steel drum and were able to extract using a coupler.
How about using a steel container as a tool to extract delicate liquids or liquids that you don't want to be exposed to the outside air?
This drum is a steel container that was previously used for fluorine solvents for semiconductors and electronic components, high-purity chemicals, etc., but by using a valve system when filling and extracting, we can improve the level of handling of more sensitive liquids.
A sealed SUS container equipped with a special valve. If the contents are the same, you can use it without cleaning. It is also used as a mini Lorry service! This video shows oil pumping work.
Using a special HLD vehicle with a power gate, the extraction kit (which is equivalent to the electric pump in the blue case) can be transported on a drum, and the work can be completed in one go.
Filling the first 100LHLD into the oil tank. Air is sealed in and the oil tank is filled with engine oil.
