
I know that working from home makes it hard to communicate, but sometimes I feel like things are just slowly slipping away without being able to be repaired.
At times like that, I just take the plunge and go outside and walk while talking with everyone!
I feel that this is good for health, mental health, and communication.
Our team's Ono san calls it a "mountain site meeting," and he holds meetings with clients while walking in the mountains. It seems to be quite popular.
It was only a few hours of refreshing time, but after walking, working up a light sweat, breathing in the fresh farm air, and eating a delicious set meal, I felt instantly refreshed!!
I think I'll try to do this regularly.
