The Smartphone Competition Promotion Bill that the government is considering includes tighter regulations on IT giants such as Apple and Google, with surcharges of up to 20% of domestic sales for violators.

Similar regulations have been introduced in the EU and the UK, and there are antitrust lawsuits against Apple in the US

These bills reflect the government's efforts to promote competition in the smartphone market and correct problematic practices of giant IT companies

We are wondering what effect this pro-competition law will have on our everyday lives.
