This article interviews Yoichi Takamoto, chairman of TEMZAC (Kyoto, Japan), which is developing an autonomous, practical robot (workroid) equipped with artificial intelligence (AI).

In a labor-saving agricultural experiment conducted in Nobeoka City, Miyazaki Prefecture, robots automatically sowed seeds, weeded, harvested, and managed the water level, reducing conventional labor hours by about 90%.

The "robot –squad control" is a technology that allows multiple robots to communicate with each other while performing tasks.

It is an "amazing" sight to see multiple AI robots working as a team, but may be a bit scary in a sense.
