Today we have some news about caffeine intake in students taking exams.

An increasing number of children are consuming caffeine to help them no to be sleepy while studying for exams, but excessive consumption may cause symptoms such as nausea and cramps. 

 

According to Health Canada's standards, the maximum daily intake for children depends on their age and is exceeded when they finish a bottle of energy drink (150 mg) 

 

Manufacturers of energy drinks and other beverages containing caffeine have also issued warnings to children to refrain from drinking them
