The logistics industry is facing serious problems of labor shortages and long working hours, and self-driving trucks are attracting attention as a solution to these problems.

A company called T2 is aiming to commercialize a self-driving truck service for trunk line transportation between Tokyo and Osaka in 2026!

To improve the accuracy of automated driving, T2 has developed advanced AI technology in-house, which integrates data from in-vehicle cameras, radar, LiDAR, and other sensors to recognize the surrounding environment.

The president of T2 has stated that the company will have 2,000 self-driving trucks in its fleet and business by 2031, and is taking on the challenge of revolutionizing the logistics industry.
