The social media giant Meta has been sued by over 40 U.S. states and territories, alleging that the company is negatively impacting the mental health of young people. Meta is accused of designing sites like Facebook and Instagram to be addictive for young users, collecting their data for profit, and falsely advertising safety.

This lawsuit also alleges a violation of the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and seeks measures from Meta to protect young people. Meta is criticized for not taking any action despite being aware of the impact of its platform on young users.

This issue raises important discussions about the influence and responsibility of social media. We need to consider how we and the people around us are being influenced by social media and how to address it.

We all know that too much use of social networking sites is not good, but they are so attractive.

We support Japanese manufacturing.
